Refund policy


Returns and Exchange is not possible for International shipments outside India

 

For Domestic Shipments within India-

Returns
We offer refund only when the product reaches you in a damaged condition and we have no same or similar replacement product available. In case of available replacement, we will send across the replacement product to you within 2-3 days of intimation.  

We do not offer refund in any other case. Refund is processed in 3-5 working days.

Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange in case of any issue with the product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly reach out to us on Whatapp with a photo of the product with the issue detailed within 1 day of delivery of receiving the product at 9899323365.

For each exchange parcel, an amount of Rs. 100/- for packing and Rs. 200/- shipping (Total Rs. 300/-) will be deducted and new exchanged product will be shipped.

There are certain situations where no exchange is possible-
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is flagged for exchange more than 1 day after delivery.

No discount is applicable on exchanged products.

Only one exchange is possible. Multiple exchanges for one order are not allowed.


Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Shipping
To exchange your product, you should courier your product to: Odara Jewellery, 2231, Sector-B, Pocket-2, , Vasant Kunj, 110070 Delhi DL, India within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will inform you once we have verified your product and issue a coupon code for the applicable amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
